Sport for Development

Sports have the power to change the world, the power to inspire.

Sports have the strength to unite people like few other things can. It speaks to youth in a language they understand. Sports can create hope where once there was only despair. It is more powerful than governments in breaking down racial barriers. It laughs in the face of all types of discrimination." - Nelson Mandela.

The Sports for Development Program is aimed at girls, boys, and adolescents who have little or no access to sports and cultural activities. It takes place in public spaces, promotes contact with nature, and contributes to the physical, mental, and social health of participants.

Currently, we work through surfing (our flagship sport), open water swimming, soccer, and martial arts. We use sports as a catalyst for change, capable of promoting values and essential life skills.
